Warranty Policy

CEPTRONE LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

Ceptrone products are covered by a 6 Months Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional failures under normal use
  • Connector or charging issues caused by product defects

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Improper usage or mishandling
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by excessive bending, pulling or misuse

To claim warranty service, customers may be required to provide:

  • Valid proof of purchase
  • Product images or videos showing the issue
  • Original packaging details (if available)

Ceptrone reserves the right to inspect the product before approving replacement or warranty support.

Warranty support may include repair, replacement, or equivalent product support at the discretion of Ceptrone.
